is there a tutorial for the leather texture please?

you surely don't know it, but i've admired your logo (your prvious ID and avatar) right from the first time i saw it.

besides, eversince i created that ThaWall-DLX CD Art Display skin, your weathered leather (of which you kindly gave me your permission to include it in my skin) became my most used and most favourite substyle of that skin.

now, to see this your adorable logo in combination with that absolutely gorgeous leather background simply makes me want to .

i know this might sound strange or might come as a surprise to you, but do you think it would be possible one day if we would do a CAD skin collab together?

you'd be providing some terrific toolbar buttons (like previous, next, play/pause, stop and maybe shuffle and repeat) in the style of your amazing logo. then we'd place those on your weathered leather wall and work out some cool frame for the cover to be displayed and finally i would put all ingredients in a shaker and create a highly explosive and mindblowing skin cocktail.

aw man, please do at least think about it.
it could be a project with no rush at all and a lot of fun.

I don't have one, but I keep intending to do it. Maybe I'll finally get things in order and put that together.

It does sound intriguing, but finding time for projects like that is always challenging. Thanks so much for taking the time to put your thoughts down, good feedback is always wonderful. I'll keep the idea in mind though, who knows, maybe one of these days we'll make it happen!

yeah, as i said: no rush at all.

whenever you feel the urge to have a play with some 128x128px sized media player button glyphs in the style of your logo (be it next week, next month, next season or even next year), then just do it and make sure to send them over to me.
or if you like, you can send me some of the layer styles you used for your logo, so i'd be able to apply those to the buttons i would create then.

of course i would use those styles for this one CAD skin only.
furthermore i would send you the final skin, so that you can release it as your own work, which of course it by all means is.

again: no pressure, no hectic, no rush!
i'm pretty allergic to that myself.
